Peace Club will be showing the short film, Before You Enlist! The Real Deal on Joining the Military, on Tuesday in room 172. This is a film that takes a look at the common half-truths conveyed by military recruiters. Featuring actual footage from military recruitment videos side-by-side with interviews from actual Vietnam and Iraq veterans and parents of deceased US soliders, as well as some real facts that you may not know about the military, this important 15 minute film shows you the other side of the story.
Again, the film will be on Tuesday, October 16th at lunch, and the movie will start playing at 12:50. Please invite your friends or anyone that you know who’s interested in possibly joining the military to come!
