Hope you all had a great summer! School starts on Tuesday, August 14th (less than a week left…), and Peace Club will be getting ready for the new school year. Stay tuned to the 5th period announcements for the announcement of our first meeting of the school year. I can’t announce it yet because I need to confirm it with our advisor first, however bring your ideas about things that you’d like to see Peace Club do this year and help us plan our direction and goals for the new school year.
All members will be asked to sign up again for the 2007-08 school year at this meeting. I’m hoping to setup some kind of way to notify members of meetings and Peace Club events, either by sending out messages to members through the office, or maybe setting up some kind of e-mail system. More info will be made available at our first meeting.
