Sorry about the late notice, I’ve been a bit preoccupied. However, this meeting has been publicized a bit around school, so hopefully you’ve already gotten the word.

We will be having a meeting tomorrow at the “inside, outside, or backside” of room 172 at lunch. We will be welcoming students interested in joining and discussing plans for the future and upcoming events. We will also be celebrating Douglas’ birthday and saying what hopefully won’t be a goodbye to our co-advisor, Mr. Colglazier. All students are invited!

All students are encouraged to go to tomorrow night’s School Board Meeting, which will be at the Capuchino High School Auditorium at 7:00 PM. The board will be voting on their final decision for the budget revisions (the decision needs to be in to the county by Friday). Some of the cuts that are PROPOSED as of last week would include laying off first-year temporary teachers across the seven high schools, including Mr. Colglazier, our new co-advisor! If you want to support your teachers, this is the best thing that you can do. Douglas will be there and will be speaking!
